We have fully furnished apartments which are appropriate for longer stays. Maid
service is available weekly or more often if desired. We will custom
design a rate plan for you, on a monthly basis, providing great savings

Please call us as we would like to speak with you personally to ensure
that all of your
needs are met.
There is a policy at most accommodations.
A deposit of approximately 25% of the total cost of your stay is required (drawn on a U.S. BANK ONLY). Confirmations will be sent out upon receipt of deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Payments on reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival
date are NONREFUNDABLE.
Deposits on reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival
date (minus a $50 booking fee) will be applied to a future booking
with us within 6 months. We strongly suggest purchasing trip cancellation insurance via insuremytrip.com.
Reservations which are booked as "NONREFUNDABLE" supersede all other refund policies. No refunds or
adjustments after arrival.
